Lightolier® Controls is proud to announce the family of Lyteswtich® lighting control panels. The Lyteswitch® family of low-voltage lighting controls offer intelligent control of lighting circuits for applications of any size. Scheduling of circuits via an internal astronomical time-clock provides significant energy savings, and integration of occupancy sensors and photocells increase energy savings while maintaining occupant comfort. Lyteswitch provides solutions to meet today's demanding energy codes and LEED guidelines.
Lyteswitch control systems incorporate powerful digital control stations and sensors, while simplifing wiring and installation. All devices communicate using a digital communication protocol, and connect using common CAT5e cable. In addition, multiple wiring topologies may be mixed to reduce the amount of cable and time required to connect the components.
Walk-around programming simplifies addressing and setup of control stations. Simply select the desired relay circuits at the Lyteswitch lighting control panel, then walk into the applicable room and press a button on a Lyteswitch Digital Control Station, and the scene has been set! No need for special programming tools, software, dip switches, or dedicated home-run wiring.
Audible chimes may be selected to notify occupants minutes before turning the lights off, when used with Lyteswitch keypads and occupancy sensors. This exclusive feature provides occupant notification even in spaces where discharge lamps and fluorescent fixtures may be the sole source of light and flicking the lights is not desirable. If a flick warning system is required, it may be selected at the Lyteswitch lighting control panel instead of, or in addition to the audible alert. Programming and monitoring of Lyteswitch lighting control panels is fast and easy using the backlit graphical LCD display and menu buttons. Multicolored LED status indicators provide additional operation status and troubleshooting information.
Mechanically-held latching relays specifically designed for lighting loads provide reliable switching of all load types for years of trouble-free operation. Relays provide a visual indication of state, and a means of manually switching the relay on or off, even if the control module has lost power.
Lyteswitch low-voltage lighting control panels offer a broad range of
lighting control options to suit a variety of applications. Emergency
Lighting Circuits (UL924), Building Management System Interface
including BACnet®, LonWorks®, and Modbus®, Pathport® DMX via Ethernet,
DMX512, IntelliSight® Occupancy Sensors, Indoor and Outdoor Photocells,
and complete compatibility with the Lytemode® family of architectural
lighting controls make Lyteswitch a perfect fit for any project.
Lyteswitch
lighting control panels are available as industry-standard branch-fed
enclosures, allowing the mixing of lighting load voltages in the same
panel, or as 3-phase feed with internal branch circuit breakers per
relay.
